WindEnergy Hamburg, held from September 24th to 27th, 2024, is a major trade fair for the entire value chain in the international wind energy industry, attracting 40,000 participants and 1,500 companies from 100 countries.
Leading production, testing, and storage hub with plenty of space
Aalborg plays a central international role in the wind energy industry as an internationally recognized hub for production, testing, and storage with an attractive environment and leading companies such as Siemens Gamesa, CS WIND Offshore, Blaest, and numerous subcontractors in the port area.
2,860,000 m² of the port area is allocated to wind energy companies, with an additional potential of 1,500,000 m². It means that we – in a market where the components are becoming larger and larger – have good opportunities to meet the market demand for more space, particularly for storage.
