Port of Aalborg A/S is a limited liability company wholly owned by Aalborg Municipality. The Group employs 100 highly-qualified employees and comprises seven independent subsidiaries, each with its own function.

Annual report 2024

2024 was a positive year marked by activity and development, and with a revenue record of DKK 285 million.

The key reasons were large cargo volume, a modern business park where companies thrive, and great success in servicing the green transition, particularly within the wind industry. 

Compared to 2023, Port of Aalborg increased revenue by more than 22 percent, while the primary operating result grew by an impressive 76 percent to DKK 80 million. The total annual profit reached DKK 54.4 million – an increase of approximately 73 percent from 2023.
