Successful start to the ClimateReady course
Throughout the winter, we are providing the ClimateReady course to companies in our business park. This week marked the beginning of the first workshop, Strengthen your organization for a sustainable future – leadership, organization, and sustainability.
Green transition in the business world is not just a critical factor in meeting the climate goals of a 70% reduction in CO2 footprint. For companies, green transition is also a strong competitive parameter that is not worth neglecting – neither in the short nor the long term. Sustainability must be an integrated part of everyday life in all companies, and the leadership of the company must set the direction.
That is why we are providing the targeted ClimateReady course throughout the winter, which, on both a strategic corporate level and an operational employee level, prepares companies to thrive in a future where sustainability throughout the value chain has become a License to Operate.
This week, we finally kicked off the course with the first of six workshops, joined by over 20 companies and partners. With Simone Sæderup Nielsen from Dania Erhvervsakademi leading the way, the focus was on corporate leadership and how a company can work strategically with ESG and sustainability to meet both societal and legal requirements.
